Hoewel afzonderlijke beslissingen niet bindend zijn voor platforms, moeten zij op grond van de digitaledienstenverordening van de EU te goeder trouw met Appeals Centre Europe samenwerken. In de meeste gevallen verwachten we echter sneller een beslissing te kunnen nemen. Als we te maken krijgen met onverwachte vertragingen, sturen we een bericht naar het e-mailadres dat u hebt opgegeven toen u uw beroep indiende.
