Onze dienst is gratis, onafhankelijk van platforms en we garanderen menselijke beoordeling van elke zaak. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe kan ik een Instagram-inhoudsbeslissing in de EU betwisten?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je kunt gratis een geschil indienen bij Appeals Centre Europe onder de Digital Services Act. Maak gewoon een account aan, dien je zaak in en ontvang een onafhankelijke beslissing gemaakt door een menselijke beoordelaar.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"bullets wp-block-paragraph\">Volg simpelweg de onderstaande stappen:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"bullets wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Maak een account aan<\/strong> \u2013 stel je eigen zaakportaal in zodat je de status van je geschil kunt volgen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"bullets wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Dien je geschil in<\/strong> \u2013 geef informatie zodat ons expertteam je zaak kan beoordelen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"bullets wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Geschilbeoordeling<\/strong> \u2013 we vragen aanvullende informatie op bij Instagram, Facebook, TikTok of YouTube. Ons team gebruikt informatie die door jou en het platform is verstrekt om een onpartijdige, deskundige beslissing te nemen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Geschilbeslissing<\/strong> \u2013 zodra ons team klaar is met hun beoordeling, sturen we je een e-mail om te laten weten dat je beslissing in je zaakportaal staat.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Help ons het woord te verspreiden!<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te lang heeft het gesprek over wat er op sociale media is toegestaan achter gesloten deuren plaatsgevonden. De <g id=\"gid_0\"><g id=\"gid_1\"><g id=\"gid_2\">Digital Services Act<\/g><\/g><\/g> van de EU verandert dat. Door een nieuw recht te cre\u00ebren om beslissingen van platforms aan te vechten bij onafhankelijke geschillenbeslechtingsorganen zoals Appeals Centre Europe, krijgen mensen eindelijk een stem.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maar om hun rechten te kunnen gebruiken, moeten mensen er eerst van op de hoogte zijn. Ondanks duidelijke verplichtingen op dit gebied houden sociale mediabedrijven deze optie onder de pet, waarbij geen enkel platform genoeg doet om hun EU-gebruikers te informeren over geschillenbeslechtingsorganen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dus &#8211; of je nu een ledenorganisatie bent, een maatschappelijke organisatie, of een actieve sociale mediagebruiker &#8211; help ons het woord te verspreiden! Noem ons op je website, neem ons op in je nieuwsbrief of updates aan vrienden en familie, of mail naar <a href=\"mailto:engagement@appealscentre.eu\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">engagement@appealscentre.eu<\/span><\/strong><\/a> om te bespreken hoe we kunnen samenwerken.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat komt er nog?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hebben een druk 2025 gehad &#8211; we hebben onze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appealscentre.eu\/users-make-voices-heard-as-appeals-centres-first-decisions-overturn-platforms\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">eerste beslissingen<\/span><\/strong><\/a> uitgebracht, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appealscentre.eu\/appeals-centre-europe-appoints-new-non-executive-directors-from-across-the-eu\">nieuwe directeuren uit heel Europa<\/a><\/span><\/strong> aangekondigd en <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appealscentre.eu\/eu-digital-services-act-ods-network-launch\">een nieuw netwerk<\/a><\/span><\/strong> van geschillenbeslechtingsorganen mede opgericht. In de komende maanden gaan we nog meer doen &#8211; waaronder het publiceren van ons eerste transparantierapport.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een boodschap die we luid en duidelijk hebben gehoord van mensen die onze dienst gebruiken, is dat ze oneerlijke accountschorsingen willen aanvechten. Daarom bereiden we ons nu voor om ons werk in de komende weken uit te breiden naar accountschorsingen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dus als je inhoud onterecht is verwijderd, of als je schadelijke inhoud ziet die volgens jou verwijderd zou moeten worden, doe er dan iets aan.
